Developed under a planning grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., CFI is the result of efforts by the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University and the Professional Development Action Team of the Council on Foundations Community Foundation Leadership Team to develop a comprehensive resource for research, training, and education in the community foundation field.
CFI will draw on the resources of the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, which is headquartered at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, as well as input from the Professional Development Action Team of the Council on Foundations and community foundations across the country.
